1、Since the equipment installation and commissioning is completed, the two sides signed the "acceptance sheet" date, as the equipment quality assurance period begins. Party A guarantees the whole set of equipment for 12 months and implements lifelong maintenance service for the equipment. In the equipment warranty period of the relevant costs borne by the equipment provider, in the equipment warranty period outside of the relevant costs of the equipment provider only charge the replacement parts, labor and travel costs.

2、Imported components are guaranteed to be original brand-new imported products, domestic components manufacturing standards require that all the national first-line brand manufacturers to produce high-quality standard components. 

3、Equipment into normal operation we will still be ready to provide all the technical advice, technical services for equipment users. 

4, in the use of equipment in the process of equipment users can not solve the failure of the problem, we promise to reply within 24 hours and put forward solutions, if it can not be solved, need to be resolved on-site, the equipment provider will be instantly sent to arrive at the scene of the equipment user to be resolved to ensure that the equipment is normally used.
